Richard Cotton, Leading Principal
rcotton@hawkpointegolf.com
As the leading principal at Hawk Pointe, Richard Cotton, like most golf enthusiasts, enjoys a challenging round on a picturesque course. But, if the truth be told, he is far more captivated by the lay of the land, its history, and its scenery than by the number of points on his scorecard. It is, after all, land preservation that has played a major role in Cotton's life; a passion that has underscored many of his pursuits throughout his adult years.
Bob Ross, Principal, Ambassador of Golf
bross@hawkpointegolf.com
Serving as Hawk Pointe's director of golf, Bob Ross developed a passion for the game of golf as a young boy when he first worked as a golf caddie at a course that neighbored his family's home. "Working as a caddie was a great experience and an excellent way to learn the sport", recalls Ross, who had an opportunity to caddie for Hollywood celebrities such as Tyrone Power and Bert Lahr, and a number of golf's earliest greats, including Tommy Armour and Harry Cooper.
